Born in country South Australia, Tom was born to the land and became a farmer and grazier after leaving school in the late 70’s.

After some years on the land Tom then researched through limited resources at the time, how to become a Flight Attendant and admittedly back then, and almost by default with a good dose of luck, gained a career as a Flight Attendant. He joined the then premier Airline of Australia being Ansett Airlines (as it was known then) in 1985 to begin his Flight Attendant career. This has seen him live in most states of Australia and travel extensively both in Australia and overseas.

Having had 16 years in the system operating in the position of both Fight Attendant and Cabin Manager and having been either the subject of or participant in the interview system many times, both domestically and internationally, has allowed Tom to amass a wealth of knowledge.

He further complimented his aviation knowledge by obtaining his Commercial Pilots Licence in 1988.

While almost tempted to want to sit at the pointy end of an aircraft Tom chose to remain as a Flight Attendant because of his love of the job, what it allowed him to do, the many privileges to be had because of it and the lifestyle that he led.

Tom believes that flying really is an absolute privilege because every aspect of travel including the job itself lets you experience many unbelievable things. Flying also gives you time in the down time between flights or layovers.

Being a master of time management with a high work ethic, Tom has followed his other interests of fitness and further education with consistent application and has furthered his formal qualifications with a:

Flying has enabled him to be an active property investor since 1989 and he has followed up his success with this in writing a home study property investment course having also worked in the real-estate industry for a 'hands on' 12 month learning period from the sales perspective side.

16 years of flying and experiencing many things as front line staff fuelled Toms mind constantly. Of particular interest in the late 90’s was a board game that allowed travelers to find out about a county in a fun and easy way. Whilst now complete, a suitable marketing opportunity and all that goes with that is waiting.

Having also witnessed the wants and needs of travelers, shoppers and visitors alike Tom has applied the same principles and same can do attitude with an internal driving passion and has now developed the brilliant concept and product in marketing and advertising.

This product continues developement and displays great commercial potential.

Flying however has and always will be his passion. Tom is well aware that landing an airline job has been, is and always will be a fiercely competitive industry to break into. Many very good people have missed the chance of securing a Flight Attendant career because of a naivety of how the system works. While some very unprepared people secure this great job, far more are missing their chance due much to a lack of preparation and knowledge.

Hence Tom’s borderline hyperactivity saw him sit down to a computer and create pages and pages of his self described brain storming content where ideas kept flowing.
